At Lifetag Pakistan, we aim to provide high-quality emergency safety products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Activated QR Code stickers
• Used or damaged items
• Products returned after 7 days

3. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed after inspection
• It may take 5–7 working days
• Refund method: Bank transfer or original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

5. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping will be paid by customer
• Delivery charges are non-refundable
